Hi, I'm Cheyenne,
the owner of Find Your Balance Bookkeeping, and I want to help local small businesses reach their maximim potentials!

​

I provide support to businesses by maintaining and delivering easily understood financial information that will allow them to run the businesses that they have always imagined.  I love discovering new bookstores, tea shops, coffee shops, wineries, breweries, boutiques, etc. in New Mexico, and I want to work with these businesses and to see them thrive.

​

My experience in corporate accounting at a local NM grocery store, working with the business and its vendors, inspired me to take the leap to start helping other local retail businesses with their bookkeeping needs.

 

I have a Bookkeeping Certification through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers and a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico.

My husband and I have two dogs that we absolutely love, and you can find us out on the local hiking and walking trails throughout the week.  We are a Christ-centered family and strive to put God first in all we do!

Services I Offer

Bookkeeping

We will provide the day-to-day gathering, recording, and classifying of financial transactions, such as sales and receipts and purchases and payments. At the end of the month, we will reconcile all bank and credit card accounts.

On a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis we will send out a series of reports that are meant to provide your with a better understanding of your businesses performance. 

QuickBooks Online Setup

This service is primarily a one-time event in which we will provide a thoughtful and thorough set up.

​

We will update your account and settings, users, chart of accounts, etc., and also complete a historical transactions catch-up for your company starting at your FY start date (the last day of previous tax year).

Payroll

This is a service offering that will be available to clients soon!
